The Preston County Livestock Association (PCLA) provides educational activities and opportunities through 4-H and FFA clubs in Preston County, West Virginia.Activities are designed to help those members gain knowledge of the agricultural industry and promote the livestock industry via their individual projects. The PCLA promotes 4-H and FFA youth. Members gain agricultural knowledge and promote the livestock industry across the county and statewide.
